Dzoraget River

Dzoraget perhaps is the only suitable river in Armenia for rafting on catamarans.

The starting point of the rafting route is the bridge of Dzoraget in Stepanavan town. Dzoraget Canyon, where the entire rafting plot is situated, is rather deep (from 100 to 300 m) with high and steep walls. The reference for the rafting is the left bank of the river.
