The hotel "Akhtamar" is located on the shore of Sevan lake, on the left side of the road leading to Dilijan, at the foot of the big hill. The hotel was built during soviet time according to the project of the famous architect Rafael Israelyan. It revived again in 2010, preserving its prior spirit and stile. The old style architecture is harmoniously combined with innovations of the hotel.

Business – Twins – a double room with twin bed for people who visit for business purposes. There are 2 soft chairs, a coffee table, large LCD TV, satellite television, fireproof safe, mini-bar, house phone in the spacious room. There is a complete set of bathroom accessories, a hairdryer.

Delux – a room for 2 persons with large king size bed. There is soft furniture as well as a coffee table, big LCD TV, satellite television, fireproof safe, mini-bar, house phone, DVD in the spacious room. There is a complete set of bathroom accessories, a hairdryer, as well as bathrobe and slippers. There is an open balcony in the rooms of this type with inimitable view of Lake Sevan.

Silver Luxe – original, comfortable room with big rounded bed and Jacuzzi for two persons. There are comfortable soft furniture, dining and coffee tables, big LCD TV, satellite television, fireproof safe, mini-bar, house phone, DVD in the room. There are also separate shower cubicle and complete set of bathroom accessories, a hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers besides Jacuzzi.

Gold Luxe – comfortable, bright room with for two persons. There is soft furniture, coffee table, big LCD TV, satellite television, fireproof safe, mini-bar, house phone, DVD in the room. Yellow Suit– the room with general area more than 180 squire meters has spacious sitting-room, bedroom with big bed, Jacuzzi, separate bathroom, massage parlour. You will have fresh flowers and fruits every morning. That comfortable room has big terrace with a view of lake and ropeway. There is a big LCD TV, satellite television, fireproof safe, mini-bar, house phone, DVD in the room. There is also a complete set of bathroom accessories, a hairdryer, as well as bathrobes and slippers.

Ropeway

Ski resort in Sevan is located on the picturesque slopes of mountain Mashtotsner and Berkarner where to those who like winter recreation excellent conditions are offered in accordance with the best world standards. There are created favorable conditions for skiers to go in for favorite type of sports. The chair ropeway (the length is 1130 m) will transport to the top of the hill with a view of Lake Sevan. Its capacity is 800 persons per hour.
The high season here lasts from the end of November up to the beginning of July. That is the ropeway of Swiss company Leitner.
