Description:
Leaving behind the upper shore of small Sevan and going along the northeast shore one will see the outline of the Blue Sevan Resort Center, concealed from the road by a green zone.

The area of the resort, reaching the shore, is abundant in pine trees, producing a particularly healthy climate. It is warm with sun here till late September.

Rooms:
All the rooms are fully furnished. Equipped with the telephone, TV, Refrigerator, Cold and hot water.

The Most part of the Standard rooms is on the 2-4 floors. There is a small table, two armchairs, separate and double beds, a wardrobe in every room.

Some Double rooms are on the first floor.

Wooden Houses
Hidden from human eye by pine trees and spruce this kind of houses will be attractive for the type of holiday-makers, which prefer isolation.

The houses are found near the beach; consist of three bedrooms, a dining-room, a kitchen and a bathroom. They are completely furnished, provided with a phone, a TV, a refrigerator and other necessary things.

Cottages
Two-storey stone cottages with spacious terrace are reconstructed and furnished.
The living room, the kitchen and the bathrooms are found on the first floor. The kitchen is well equipped (stove, refrigerator, dishware running hot and cold water). The chimney, piano, TV set and the phone will make your rest more comfortable and complete.
There are 3 bedrooms, and bathrooms on the second floor.
