Location:
Holiday house “Sochut” is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Armenia, in Lori province, in Gyulagarak village, near Stepanavan arboretum. The arboretum is a place of rest, a small outdoor museum that is situated in health-improving zone.

Rooms:
The holiday house has 16 comfortable and well equipped rooms of double and luxe categories.

Double rooms have one room with one king size or two twin beds, with satellite television, refrigerator, and internet. There are 13 double room s in the holiday house: 3 rooms are small, 10 rooms are more spacious. Another additional bed for the third person can be placed in the rooms.

Luxe rooms have three rooms: two bedrooms and a sitting-room. There is a sofa with armchairs and a coffee table in the sitting-room. There is one big bed in one bedroom, and twin bed in the other one. These rooms fit for families with children.

In every room:
Satellite television, refrigerator, Wi-Fi internet, 24 hour cold and hot water.
