Sasun and Ardahan are also on the second floor. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a large writing-desk, chairs, a chest and Jacuzzi.

Ardvin, Marash, Erzrum and Zeytun are located on the third floor. The rooms are bright and comfortable. They are furnished with a wardrobe, a large writing-desk and chairs.

Apartments consist of three bedrooms, a living-room, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, washing-machine.
The interior of the hotel is a mixture of Armenian and Italian styles.
