Description:
Villa Delenda is an elegant Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of Yerevan, which was originally built in 1906 as a private residence for the Mnazakanyan brothers. A lot of the original building architecture has been restored and retained during expansion and renovation.
The building has its own unique character, charm and style, harmoniously combining classical Armenian decor with the elegance and comfort of a truly gracious residence.

Rooms:
Villa Delenda has 6 rooms all with their own suite bathrooms. The rooms are flexible with their set up and can be rented as single, double, triple and in some cases as quad. Overall the building can accommodate 15 people in total. The hotel rooms are named after Armenian ancient cities and rivers: Ani, Dvin, Erebuni, Kars, Tigris and Van. The living-room and the kitchen are located on the first floor.

Kars, Tigris and Van are located on the second floor.

Kars – a wardrobe, two armchairs, a small table and a writing-desk. The room has a balcony.

Tigris – a small room with beds, a writing-table and chairs, a balcony.

Van - the smallest room in the hotel which is used as either single or double. There is a writing-table, an armchair, a backside table.

Ani, Dvin and Erebuni are located on the third floor.

Ani – consisting of two rooms. The room is furnished with beds, a writing-table, chairs, two armchairs, a small table and a wall-cupboard.

Erebuni – a wardrobe, two armchairs, a small table, a writing-table with chairs and a backside table. There are two showers in the bathroom.
