The guest house is located in the center of Yerevan, 5 minutes and 15 minutes' walk from the Opera House, and in 30 meters from the Avenue Baghramyan.

Description:
The three-story building of the guest house can accommodate 25 people.
On the ground floor there is a large living room and kitchen, and a wide hallway with a table, chairs, and bathroom. In the living room there are wooden tables and chairs, chairs and sofa with a coffee table, TV with DVD. Kitchen is equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, washing machine, all necessary utensils.

On the second floor of the house there are four double bedrooms, tworooms with separate bathrooms and joint bathroom in other rooms. There are one double bed in one room and two separate beds (can be joined) in other rooms, bed tables, wardrobe and a small table and chair. Bathrooms with showers. In the bathroom there are all the necessary supplies.

The third floor of the house offers wide hall with 8 bunk beds. The hall is separated into four parts by wardrobes. In the corner of the room there is a small kitchen where you can prepare coffee and tea. There is also a table and chairs. On the third floor there is a shared bathroom with three compartments, each of which has a shower, and two toilets. Each room has air conditioning.

There is a small private garden where travelers can enjoy fresh air in the evenings.
